UP AND RUNNING!!

Project three is going better than it was for project two besides the fact that it is the same Project a bit redefined.

We GOT THE SENSOR GIVING READINGS FOR OUR PROJECT

The Hardest Part was actually getting the sensor, we put together
actual circuit to receive an input, right away.

THE PROBLEM!!!

THE FACTS

Most drivers who have had something to drink have low blood alcohol content or concentration (BAC) and few are involved Princess Diana's car crash photoin fatal crashes. On the other hand, while only a few drivers have BACs higher than .15, a much higher proportion of those drivers have fatal crashes.
  • The average BAC among fatally injured drinking drivers is .16 1
  • The relative risk of death for drivers in single-vehicle crashes with a high BAC is 385 times that of a zero-BAC driver and for male drivers the risk is 707 times that of a sober driver, according to estimates by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS). 2
  • High BAC drivers tend to be male, aged 25-35, and have a history of DWI convictions and polydrug abuse.

WE ARE ROLLIN!!

My team has finally figured out a concrete idea and project structure for our second assignment.  We recently ordered some parts we need and are currently working on a design for another part of the project.  We were really starting to worry there!!

Alcohol Gas Sensor

Project #2 Idea change!!

We have completely thought of a different idea for our second project.  We are now thinking of addressing a different issue.  Drunk driving!

It Is Hard To Think On Halloween!!

Ideas Ideas, they keep coming but trying to make such a good project makes them very easy to reject.

Still Thinking!!!

We know what we want to do for our second project but we have no idea what to address.  We actually want to address an important issue, we also want to be realistic and effective.  To be effective we are going to have to think small but important.  The basis for the project is the same, so for now we are focusing on the structure and implementation.

SOCIAL ISSUES ARE DIFFICULT!!!

Project two is going to be a lot more difficult than our first project.  Coming up with a great idea seems to be a project on its own.  We have the audience and the place to implement the idea.  All we need now is the IDEA.

New at this

This is my very first blog experience.  I guess you can say I have been slacking on this.  I am starting to get used to the parameters and as soon as I can upload the pics from my phone of my first project, I will.
